Hello November! The madness of October/Halloween/Guy Fawkes Night is over - and what a crazy busy one it was! We hexed and hanged our way all over London, bringing the feminist fun to over 200 people this month! A feat, considering the multiple seasonal colds I kept catching throughout…! Thank you so much to all of you who booked tickets, it’s been a blast! Below are two selected memories from the month.
I was also interviewed by the Gothic Culture Magazine this month as part of their Halloween special edition. You can purchase the edition on their website above. Below is a little except of my interview. I talk about my tours, and my experiences with the paranormal!
November brings more of the same, with the added bonus of a talk for the Last Tuesday Society. On 13th November, I am delighted to be giving a talk on the witch trials/witch craze and its legacy today (plus a couple of cheeky performances thrown in, you know me ;-) at the acclaimed Viktor Wynd Museum. The event is sold out but they have a waiting lists for dropouts. Click here for more information.
Here is our full calendar of public November events (we’re doing a few private tours as well) - click on the event to book or see more info.
10/11 - Hex and the City (Treadwells)
19/11 - Gaol Birds of Old London
24/11 - Strumpets and Tarts (Treadwells)
I’m also very excited to be featuring on the excellent Wicked Women podcast this month, talking about some of the witches, wantons and wicked women on my tours. I’ll link to the episode on my channels once it’s out!
Until next time,
Herstorical Tours…x
